As a Transformational Leader, I utilize not only Verne Harnish’s Rockefeller Habits, but Pat Leoncini’s principles taught in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.  Most recently,  Steven M.R. Covey’s The Speed of Trust provides the best framework I’ve ever used to unleash the real power of an organization – Trust – which is the foundation of Lencioni’s work.  This article incorporates Lencioni’s principles along with Rockefeller Habits.

From Verne Harnish’s blog:  Everything in business begins and ends with leadership.  And because it’s a complex topic, no one expert has a complete formula for what makes a better leader. Therefore, here are five important bodies of knowledge for those who are trying to sharpen their leadership skills.   All have been developed by true students and teachers of leadership.  Master these lessons and you’ll be far more effective.
